Cryogenic Insulation Contractors

Alltask has many years of experience in LNG insulation supply and fix.  To guarantee the LNG cold temperature of -160°C, cryogenic insulation is paramount.

Faults can not only jeopardise the process and affect product quality, but they can also result in energy and evaporation losses or unwanted pipe corrosion.

Cryogenic Insulation Contractor

To achieve adequate cryogenic insulation, multiple layers of materials, protective layers, and one or more vapour barriers are required.

PIR (Polyisocyanurate) and Polyurethane (PUR) rigid foam or cellular glass insulation are used in multiple layers, in combination with high-performance vapour barriers and adhesives, to produce the necessary degree of insulation.

Stainless steel, aluminised steel, or UV-cured GRP is applied as a cladding material for mechanical and weather protection.
